Our Approach

We pride ourselves on our highly personalized and flexible approach.  Rather than offer pre-packaged solutions, we collaborate closely with you to surface challenges your team faces and action on them as individuals and as a team. It looks something like this:

  1. Free Consultation: We’ll get to know each other and you can tell us about your pain points. What’s currently working and not working? What should success look like after working with us?

  2. Proposal: If we mutually agree it’s a good fit, we’ll draw up a unique proposal that addresses your specific needs. This may take the form of workshops (in-person or virtual), though we also offer 1:1 coaching and other, longer term arrangements and multi-workshop packages at discounted rates.

  3. Workshop: This is where the magic starts! Our workshops are designed to guide your team through the unique challenges they are faced with at their stage of development, and elicit their own solutions through thoughtfully structured modules and professionally facilitated dialogue sessions.

  4. Follow Up: We’re committed to seeing your team succeed. That’s why our built-in process is to follow up with organizers and reinforce new practices and agreements that come out of your workshop. This can take the form of 1:1 coaching sessions, or additional workshops at discounted rates.
